Gain Detergent Powder foaming problem
Comments (3)I use Gain HE and have never had that problem.. accidentally bought a regular box of Gain once and it did suds like crazy...If you have some you need to go ahead and use up just add a little fabric softner in the wash cycle and it will cut the suds......See MoreLiq vs powder HE detergent
Comments (4)I was the one that made the comment about liquid versus powdered... Years ago, powdered detergent didn't dissolve well at all. Sometimes, even hot water failed to dissolve powders completely. With modern-day formulations, most, if not all, powdered detergents will dissolve even in the coldest water. Try it. The plumbers in our area seem to think that powders cause less gunk in our sewer lines. I remember someone else posting about using the LaundryPure after using liquid detergent and having the liquid detergent still show up in the drum of their washer because of the build up on the inside of the washer. I guess it is whatever works for you and your water/washer/sewer that you need to use....See MoreGain Icy Fresh Fizz Powder detergent now "he"
Comments (4)I have gain oxy fresh fizz, it has the HE on the front, but I think it smells almost exactly like gain original scent. Check the date on yours Larsi, mine is 2015 so if yours is prior to that date than yep the scent changed because this box is sure not how you describe yours lol, but it does clean well. So funny you searching out laundry, I do the same if I buy a new detergent and the wash is done, but with 6 of us all I have to do is wait till everyone gets their evening shower/ bath and walaaa I have easily a load of towels/facecloths, darks, and whites..lol Happy washing...See MoreGain liquid detergent and Gain liquid softener Original Scent
Comments (15)I recently bought a bottle of Gain original because it was larger than the same priced Tide. At that time I posted and many said I made a mistake because of the scent. We have started to use it and I find the scent inoffensive and very light when the clothes come out of the dryer. I use about 1/4 to 3/8 inch deep in the measuring cup depending on how many clothes are in our Samsung front loader....See MoreCavimum
