Has anyone tried this? I heard about it on another forum and found a jar at my local Market Basket for about $3. Apparently it's pretty big in Europe. It's expensive on the website but the stores generally have it cheaper.
It's really good! It has the consistency of peanut butter but it's a little sweeter and it's made out of cookies. So it's essentially spreadable cookies :) I've had it on apples, warmed and drizzled over popcorn and by the spoonful. I plan on experimenting with it for baking, maybe with brownies or as some sort of frosting.
