and Pratt & Larson in Portland but they charge $40 per sq. ft retail. However they sell the above linked company (subwaytile) as well as one other company whose name I can't remember but if you call Pratt & Larsen and tell them you know they sell 2x6 as well as supply two other companies' 2x6 tile, they'll be able to tell you who they are, for sure. I was just there so this is accurate info I promise.

I found the WZ here in Portland for $25 per Sq. price (offered to me as if I were a contractor although he knows I'm not) which is at least less than what the only other store that carries it here charges (they charge something like $32 retail).

I found 2 1/2 x 5 crackle off white tiles at my local tile retailer. They're the store brand, and cost about $10/foot. I'm in northern NJ.

grazia makes 2.5 x 5 in several lines.

WZ direct from WZ is approx 24-27 a foot, depending on the color.

How much is the sonoma tilemakers? The pictures are gorgeous but I'm assuming it's pricey.

Ann Sacks has 2 x 6 too.

Yes, Adex does have 2x6 field tile. I have Hampton Bisque which is a cream crackle. Much less than WZ.

Mediterranean Tile, which is on route 46 west - I think in Fairfield. Sorry, no picture. The crackle is very nice. I'm probably using it for my field tile.

Oh, Spincrazy I am happy to hear Adex does have a 2x6. Do you know if they have it in non crackle? Is your crackle subtle? Any pictures? And where did you find it and how much?

I read in Blakey's post that the Sonoma was around $25 sf, a little pricey for me. So the Adex would be a good solution. I assume that Ann Sachs is pricey too, but I'll look!

Subway Ceramics has a softer white called Avalon. The best price I found was at Home and Stone which was about $18/sq ft.

To anniezz and positano-the Sonoma stellar 2 x 6 tiles were priced for me at $24 per sq. ft.

@nancy, in 1913 - 3x6. I know this because my brother had a house built in 1914 with all original bathrooms - 3x6 subways.

So, I just called Adex and they only make 2x8 not 2x6. I'm considering the 2x8 crackle that Spincrazy is doing.

Any pictures for me Spincrazy? Is it installed?
