Noise from downstairs leaking through floor by radiator

I live in a top floor condo in a vintage building and overall am happy with the lack of noise from my downstairs neighbor. That's partly because she's fairly quiet, but also I think the building has pretty solid floors with semi-decent sound-insulating qualities. I never hear her voice and the only time I hear any voices is if she has a bunch of people over. I have however noticed a weak link that I want to address - the floor area by the radiators where the pipe enters the floor. Unfortunately both our floorplans are such that we each keep TV's near radiators in our respective living rooms. I can always tell when she has hers on, and I presume the converse is true as well. Is there anything I can do on my end to address this? My radiators are hot water steam. Could I apply acoustical caulk to where the pipe meets the floor? Could that withstand the heat? Any other ideas?
