How to freeze egg whites?

I have to make 10 key lime pies this week for an event next Saturday and will have lots of egg whites leftover- about 70.

What do you think would be the best way to freeze these for future use in meringues particularly?

I'm giving a baby shower at the end of May and thought I would use these to make meringue tarts filled with cream and strawberries. And or some kind of chocolate dacquoise.

Any other suggestions as to what I could do with them ? I don't like angel food cake unfortunately!
