Ah, the Target ads--they've been *amazing* ever since the Black Friday ads with that insane Martha-type! Our favorite is the "confession"...the looks on everyone's faces...and DH and I like the jewelry one, the couple on the date...Target found *great* actors this time around.

I always loved that Joe Boxer one. I really like Targets ads this year, but my local fave is this one. It is so retro looking, they did a good job with it.

That's really good for a local commercial! The local commercials around here are grainy visuals of usually the owner, with family in tow, thanking everybody for spending money at his place and wishing "holiday cheer" or something like that.

I laughed out loud at that first date ad! Sooo adorable!

In fairness to other local commercials, the Fred Meyer ad is for a regional chain of stores, not a Mom and Pop type operation.

I love that "dim hubby" one, too! I also really enjoy the Garmin ones again this year, but my all time, hands-down favorites are always the Budweiser Clydesdale ones . . . ahhhhhh! They really are the perfect Christmas commercials for me . . . and I don't even drink their beer!

Thanks for clarifying that Terri...I meant local as in PNW. Our LOCAL commercials have actually been a bit better than usual this year.

I love the Walmart one where all the kids wake up on Christmas morning and they race to get to their presents. Some fall on their butts and slide on the wood floors, I just think it's too cute. Reminds me of me and my little brother and sister when we were kids on Christmas morning.
