Spinach-Feta strata

I'm making this for dinner tonight, and I can't find exactly what I want. There are some variations, but can you help me with amount of cheese? And milk? yes or no?

A bunch of fresh chopped spinach, sauted with onion and garlic, 5 or 6 eggs, 1 cup feta cheese (more? Less?), 1 cup milk (more? less?), mixed, poured over toasted sourdough cubes, baked (how long?). I think I've baked previous recipes maybe 45 minutes, does that sound right?

It's an amalgam of other recipes I've used, and I can't seem to put my hands on any of the old ones.

Any help is appreciated!
