Need suggestions for an iron, gravity feed or steam generator??

Ok,

Not much help from the sewing forum,

since this is somewhat related, please help.

I've gone thru 3 TOL Rowenta steam irons in the past 5-6 yrs.

I need a iron that will generate enough steam to press dress slacks/shirts etc.. I iron daily and even for a

few people here and there. I'd like to cut down on the time it takes with a regular steam iron. I find I still need to spritz the items to get tough wrinkles out or fix creases I've goofed on.

If anyone has ideas, please share your thoughts/experiences as I would like to get an iron that will be more dependable and reduce amt. of time to iron.

Please include cost and if a special ironing board or accessory is needed.

I'd like to be able to get it fixed easily as it's difficult to find small appliance repair anywhere in my area. Found one an hour away, but not sure it's cost effective to make 2 round trips for servicing.

Thank you for your help, I appreciate it!

Happy Easter
