Mia, I think it is a conspiracy. My husband kind of tricked me to go look at the 2012 Equinox because he thought I might like to have a newer one. The salesman quickly grabbed the keys and brought one up to the front for me to drive. I didn't drive it but I did get in and look. When we got the one I have now, I had six grandchildren here for a few days, and they ran an TV ad for zero percent financing in Joplin. He wanted me to go right then and find one. I had already driven one and thought they were OK, but we had just bought a new truck, so I wasn't looking for a car. He said what do you want on the car. Since we live in an area with quite a few hills, I didn't want to give up my four-wheel drive. My mother was still living at the time and I was having to make a lot of 300 mile trips so I said I wanted cruise control. He called from the dealer and told me they had two left with four wheel drive and cruise control. He told me the two colors they had, and I picked one. You can see how really excited I get over a new car. Needless to say, he has liked it a lot better than I have, but it's OK. LOL Now GardenWeb has this big ad, that every time I open a thread that says Chevy Equinox Sale 2012. I'm glad to know that it is on your computer too and that I'm not being targeted. LOL After hearing the forecast for this week, I probably should be shopping for an ark.

While you're waiting on someone better qualified, have you read this? https://github.com/dadler/thumbnail-zoom/issues/166 I'm not sure the issue even gets resolved there but it does seem to point to your "Thumbnail Zoom Plus" extension. A corrupt Firefox profile? A conflict with another extension? Personally, I'd be tempted to disable all extensions except "Thumbnail Zoom Plus", see if the freezing goes away. If it did, I'd enable the other extensions one by one, testing along the way. On the other hand, If disabling all extensions except "Thumbnail Zoom Plus" didn't cause the freezes to go away, I'd maybe reset Firefox. If resetting didn't resolve the issue, I'd remove Firefox completely, including my profile, and reinstall it. I'm not a technician though, just saying what I might do. BTW, I just added Thumbnail Zoom Plus 3.1 to Firefox 32.0.3 to test and other than being a bit picky about how I move my mouse in to hover, it worked okay. Meaning no freezes or script errors. I'm on Linux though. If I were on Windows, I might consider the possibility of a conflict with my AV. Someone else could tell you whether or not that's a likelihood though. Opps, I's so slow I see Mikie already gave you good advice. I'll go ahead and submit it though... just in case something helps, say in the bug report I linked too.

usually that is a problem with in a website you are visiting, there is a script that is running with in that site that is not functioning properly, your browser will alert you to this, if it causes your browser to freeze hit stop script, often it can cause the browser to shut down. If you are using firefox this can sometimes happen if one of your add-ons is having issues.
