There's a lot of buzz on the school circuit these days about whether or not to teach cursive anymore. One side claims that it's obsolete in the age of typing and texting; another (myself included) contends that the personal touch and artistic merit of a beautifully handwritten note deserve to be carried on.
I can't predict how the debate will shake out. But in the meantime, I thought I'd celebrate the distinctive grace and individual flair that handwriting can add to interiors. Which ones inspire you to add a dash of script to your home?
