I forgot about Fudge Pie! Glenda, you have no idea how many compliments I received when I made this - I even gave it as a gift:-) I'll bet Moni's guests will be in chocolate heaven with this!

Can we have the recipe please? Is it really good?

Here you go. One Thanksgiving this pie was on multi KT's holiday table.

Fudge Pie
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp vanilla
Melt butter, stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie crust, regular. Bake 325 for 35-45 minutes.

I baked mine no longer than 40 minutes. Let it cool completely before cutting.

You will think it is not done, but it is . It looks like the middle has fallen. That's the way it is supposed to look.

Thanks Glenda, I have everything for this recipe. Granddaughter and I will make this in the morning. I got out the ingredients and started thinking that I would go ahead and start it. Like to get to bed early at night, so figured that it would be best to wait until morning. Knew that I would be eating it before I went to bed. Can't wait to try it.

My hairdresser 30 some odd years ago gave it to me.

Glenda, what can I say. It was the most wonderful pie. We made it this morning, and I cannot tell you how much is left. My little helper is only 2, and she kept saying while eating, grandmama this is yummy. Friends dropped in, and we ate pie and had hot tea. They left with a copy of the recipe. Every time I think you have given us a recipe that is over the top, you show up with another one. I have lost track at this time as to how many of your recipes that I have used. You have a treasure of wonderful recipes. Those cruise ship chefs don't have anything that can trump your recipes. Thank you again for sharing. By the way, how many more days before you leave, and how long will you be away from the KT.

Glenda, sorry it took me so long, but the first picture I took, just didn't turn out. Just got back home, from helping Helen get out of town. :) I put my bike in her trunk, and guide her out of the big city traffic. Then we take an exit, and I get my bike out, and we say good bye. I ride home, and she drives home. Bless her heart, she is 76, and still drives to visit. :)

Now, about that statement, what a gal you are. Thanks for listening to me, when I was making the pie. We ate most of it, but I still have a bit left over, for later today, and who knows, I might be able to stretch it, to still have some tomorrow. :)
