Can I salvage this artisan rye mess?

Another distress call from the Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes frontier.

I mixed up the "dough" for their deli rye recipe on Saturday afternoon. I put the word in quotes because what I ended up with was more like a poolish or a starter than an actual dough, even allowing for the fact that their doughs are very wet. I put it in the fridge overnight, thinking it might firm up a bit, but it didn't really. So on Sunday I added an extra cup, at least, of AP flour. Today it's still too gloopy to work with.

I have no idea why this is so runny. The only thing I did differently this time from previous 5-minute recipes was mix it in the processor, instead of by hand. I checked their forums, and no one else mentions this problem with their rye recipe. Should I keep adding more flour and re-refrigerating it till it's close to workable? Supposedly, the higher the flour content, the shorter the fridge life, but I don't really care about how long the dough lasts--I just want to make some bread with it!
