I Think I Have Whiplash

Im gonna have to get xrays,My body hurts from waist up.I hurt in neck and head the night the accident happened.I told my hubby its probably from stress,Ive been hurting ever since.It hurts accross my lower shoulder above bra strap,my collar bone hurt,I got like 5 real sharp stabbing pains from my neck up into side of my head,My breast bone hurts and from bra strap down a dull ache.

The night this happened I awoke at 2:30 in the morning my back ached when I rolled over in bed a bone moved you know that awful feeling and it cracked.Ever since Ive had headaches.Not just one spot the whole head.

I just got police report she gave me the trong info.Wrong insurance wrong address.I wondered why she freaked when state police pulled up.

My kidney dr told me yesterday I should be checked out being on dialysis we have brittle bones.I wasnt going to but I just dont know if I dont suppose later it shows up.

Were taking my vehicle to be checked out Monday.She realy wacked me.

it is always best to get a good check up after any accident you want to at the very least document you have pain and you did seek medical treatment that can be essential if a lawsuit ensues. Residual and long term problems can occur from that kind of accident.

I agree: get your situation checked by medical people, your own doctor, at least.

I think I will remove my knockout too. I only have one blushing knockout and it is kinda pretty on the rare occasion it is in full bloom and healthy. In my garden that particular knockout is less healthy and more disease prone than any other rose I have including OGRs, hybrid teas, floribundas, and one David Austin rose. I know they do well for other people, just not for me. Oh, I broke down and applied the Bayer soil drench to the most infested roses. I felt guilty doing it because I am generally against pesticide use, especially drenches, but darn it I put a lot of money and sweat equity into those roses and I just can't let them die. I am going to order conserve online for future outbreaks, but I feel guilty about that too because it is harmful to bees.

Ok.. wow. I just looked them up a bit more and I have to say I have NEVER seen anything like this. They seem to be quite happy where they are so maybe I'll experiment next year too! One thread said that everything is edible. Do you have to cook the stalks or do you just chop them thin?

Yes, looks like either Ipomoea hederacea or Ipomoea nil...both of these are most commonly a blue color There is even 1 leaf in the lower left of the 2nd photo that looks like (perhaps) either Ipomoea coccinea or Ipomoea hederifolia and these 2 species may have smaller blooms that are a reddish ,orange or yellow color... Please post a closeup of any flowerbuds when they develop and I can narrow the ID for you... Hope that helps... TTY,... Ron P.S. - Did you plant any MG's (?) or are the plants volunteers (?)

Bulldinkie I'm sorry to hear this has really knocked you. I also agree with getting to the doctor, contact your insurance as well and keep a diary noting all limitations at home/life because of this accident. Leave nothing to chance.

Yes, please please get checked out thoroughly. AND, I repeat what I said before--it's even more important now that you know she lied--TURN THIS WHOLE THING OVER TO YOUR LAWYER IMMEDIATELY. You've got enough on your plate with your health concerns. You do NOT need to be dealing with the legal and insurance problems of an accident. Make life easy for yourself. Please.

You really should get it checked, Dinkie. The longer you wait the better the case for the other person that you were hurt after the accident. I hope you haven't been hurt badly but you sure don't need headaches and more pain with everything you go through!

Yes, it is a must that you should see your Doctor as early as possible. You should always remember that prevention is always better than cure. I mean, at least you were be able to know your condition and can prepare for the possible remedy on it.. I really advised that you need to see your doctor.

This happened to a friend of mine. Numbers altered and fictional name given. It took a very determined police officer about eight hours of detective work to find the lady. She was charged as it was more than an unintentional reversal of numbers. Hard when you are hurt and stressed but if at all possible ask to see the actual info yourself to verify the information. Sad that you can't trust the honesty of people under stressful situations especially when the other party is at fault. Hope you feel better soon.

It's been a couple of weeks--how are you doing? Hope you've gotten a diagnosis, and relief from your pain, and I sincerely hope you're letting your lawyer deal with the other headaches an accident like this causes. Let us know how things are going.

Sorry you're still hurting. When you posted about the accident you got lots of urging to see a doctor immediately (besides your dialysis doc). I don't recall seeing a response from you on that. Did you?

It is EXTREMELY important that you seek medical attention ASAP.....it could go against you if you do NOT. In other words, someone could claim you injured yourself AFTER this accident and are now trying to put in a claim. There is no downside to having it checked out. Someone's insurance WILL pay.
