furnace / central air question

We have an Amana 90% gas furnace along with an Amana central a/c unit(not sure the SEER rating). Both are approaching 5 yrs old and were installed when the house was built. Never had a problem with either, but just recently I've noticed moisture on the floor around the furnace. At first I just thought it was moisture coming up from the expansion joint in the concrete floor, but then I noticed water dripping down the side of the furnace. It looks like it's coming from where the supply duct is fastened to the top of the furnace. When I shut the ac/furnace off, I could hear water dripping inside the furnace but couldn't really tell where. We've been running the AC quite a bit, but I wouldn't say anymore than we have in previous years. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Thanks!
