I just started making my own Chicken Jerky treats, got this recipe from a friend: Super easy dog treat recipe, as it only contains 1 ingredient--Chicken Breasts!! 1) Simply cook the chicken breasts in the oven at 425F for approx 25 min----or till they are fully cooked!! 2) Then Set oven to 175F 3) Slice the COOKED chicken into thin strips 4) Using a bakers pan--I lined it with Parchment paper (easy clean up) Put the cooked chicken strips onto the pan 5) cook at 175F for approx 2.5 hrs! 6) Let cool and store in fridge. They come out, just like jerky! Doesn't take them long to eat it, but it makes a very healthy treat, and only a few minutes of prep time,and no worries that it came from China!! I figured it would be quicker to cook them on our griller first--and yes it was--but it leaves the top crispy, so made it difficult to cut, so probably best to just do them as described above. So even with 1 ingredient, I somewhat failed!! Dogs loved them--and our fussy cat who does not eat any type of treats, enjoyed it!!

Late to the game here, but I love, love, love my roombas. Household purchases must all pass the Roomba test. Actually decided not to put hardwoods in my kitchen b/c roomba MIGHT get stuck under the cabinets b/c the wood floors would raise the flooring a bit. Anyhow. I have 3 roombas and they work HARD around here. Sure, an upright vacuum cleaner might clean better, but I'd dare to say that Rosie, Reginald, and Ralph (yes, we've named them) do a better overall job b/c they are cleaning the floors up to 2 to 3 times a day. I'm not getting my Dyson out 2 or 3 times a month, much less a day. I've got them on a program, so the downstairs area is cleaned ever night, and then i hit them to clean up after the kiddos during the day while we go outside to play. As for where to buy, you will initially spend more upfront, but buy from Hammacher.com. They have a lifetime guarantee on all their products. If you don't like, they will take it back. Better yet, if I ever have a problem, I pop my roomba in a box, use the prepaid return shipping label that comes with ever product Hammacher sends me, and ask for an exchange. Hammacher will send me a brand new one at no cost. If the product is more than a year old, they will sometimes charge you 9 bucks for the return shipping, but I usually can get them to waive that. That said, I'd gladly pay the 9 bucks b/c their service is just outstanding. Finally, if 3-4 years from now your roomba bites the dust and they no longer carry that model, you can upgrade by paying the difference in what you paid for the first model and the new model. OK, I sound like an infomerical so i'm going to sign off. LOL

I've had 2 Roombas in the past but they died too quickly for what I paid for them. Recently there was a deal recommended on tv for an off brand robot vac... I think I paid $89 for it. Can't think of the name. Anyhow, I hate it! Don't waste your money on a cheapie because this thing has no memory and it constantly goes in the same places and gets stuck. And then it just spins and keeps trying to move forward. I have to constantly check to see where it is because it doesn't beep if stuck. Last year I purchased a robot mop due to our late dog's health issues that caused her to leak lymphatic fluid all over. It's an iRobot Braava mop and it's wonderful on hard surfaces. It rarely gets stuck and if it does it will beep till you find it. It dry and wet mops and I love it. I wish it vacuumed!
