I make this all the time, it is my specialty!!! I had it tonight even. Have your standard pizza dough rolled out, I prefer a thin crust. I toss cooked chicken (either poached chicken breast, but usually I use leftover cold chicken from roast chicken night) in the sauce, which is half melted butter, and half franks hot sauce whisked together. Spread sauce coated chicken pieces over pizza crust, then drizzle more sauce to *lightly* coat the rest of the dough. Be careful not to over do sauce, what with the butter it can be too greasy, a little goes a long way. Add layer of shredded mozzarella. Then, sprinkle chopped red onion and chopped celery on top. Into the oven (preferably on a pizza stone). If I am going to add bleu cheese, I like to sprinkle it on about two minutes before the pizza is done. I know you are probably skeptical about the celery, but it really adds the perfect touch.

Love my panini. It can turn leftovers into a meal! Reubens or pastrami & swiss - very, very good. I find domestic swiss vs the imported works better. Anything in a tortilla shell as a wrap is wonderful. Even though my panini is non stick, I find brushing the outside of everything with melted butter is needed for a nice toasting. A visitor from London told me to combine brie and chicken, yum! Small amounts of leftover grilled or roasted veggies - even cantalope! added is delicious! It heats leftover buffalo chicken wings so they taste better then the 1st time! A favorite: STROMOBOLI WRAPS: adapted recipe from Mission wraps 4 large wraps (tortilla shells - use your favorite flavor) 1/3 c melted butter 6T shredded parmesan cheese 4 oz provolone thinly sliced 4 oz salami thinly sliced 4 oz capicolla or ham thinly sliced 1/2 cup roasted red peppers sliced 4 oz mozzarella cheese shredded Marinara or Pizza sauce - heated Lightly spread 1 side of ea wrap w/ butter Sprinkle w/ 1 T parmesan Arrange meats & cheeses & roasted peppers in center of ea wrap leaving boarder around edges. Sprinkle w/ mozzarella. At this point I season w/ fresh herbs or dried italian seasonings. Fold up wrap style. Brush w/ remaining butter & sprinkle w/ remaining parmesan. Grill on panini hot press press. Cut on diagonal- serve w/ heated sauce on the side. (Original recipe bake 12- 15 mins in preheated 400 oven.) I buy 1 lb of the meats & cheeses, stack on wax paper as they would on the wrap, 2 wraps per pkg , wrap in foil & freeze. It then becomes a quick & easy dinner when time is short. These are surprisingly filling. Serve w/ a small salad, or chips, or marinated mushrooms. We like "meals " for dinner - but this is a favorite - esp in the winter instead of pizza. Hope you like it. wild guess here..since I've not made it..but heard folks rave about it.. That the dressing and the cream cheese tone down the hot sauce. Frank's and Texas Pete both make a wing sauce..I don't know what brand you can find. But I think even regular ol "standard" hot sauce is in some recipes. I did a google and found a some with blue cheese dressing and some with ranch.. Like I said the cream cheese and the dressing will tone down the "heat". However..I'm thinking I wouldn't add anything to it..You could start with half a bottle of the "hot" sauce..and then add more if you feel you need it. It's not supposed to burn your lips, but tingle the back of your tongue..so just enough heat for a kick.. Now if it were my husband eating it..he'd add a dash more hotsauce on top! LOL

I make my own gummies :-) No vitamins in them other than what's in the infused MCT coconut oil. Though they could be considered Keto! I've never tried nor heard of buffalo cauliflower but it sounds good. I sometimes grill cauliflower steaks but those are usually just seasoned with grape seed oil and Traeger's veggie rub. I'll have to try kicking it up with some Siracha next time. I planted a few cauliflower in the garden last year but they didn't head up much before it got hot and they bolted. They are always hit and miss for me. Some years I get a great crop. This year I'm skipping them altogether and just growing a few broccoli in my downsized garden.
