Rude ticket counter agent - Who would you email?

DS flew home yesterday. When I spoke with him after he was home, he said he really got hassled by a UA ticket agent at the Des Moines Airport. There is a $15 charge to check a bag and he pulled out a $20. The agent said they didn't keep change and waved her hand and said he could get change "over there". After trying to get change from the gift shop and coffee shop and being told he had to buy something to get change he went back to the ticket counter. Another agent overhead his conversation with the first agent and told him they did have change. The first agent took his $20 and gave him change but did not apologize for sending him off to look for change.

I think he should email someone at United but I don't know how to get an email address or just who he should email.

Des Moines Airport has a big campaign to get folks to use their airport and not drive to Omaha or Kansas City where fares are cheaper.
