For you Banana Bread lovers - and others

First, I'm interested in other sweet bread recipes to make during the holidays, so please share some!

I've been making Banana Bread forever and I came across this easy and delicious recipe I want to share.

I think it's the brown sugar and cinnamon in it that makes it so good. It's heavy and moist, and I can't figure out which I like better, warm BB or cold BB! Love the heavy texture!

Banana Bread

2 c. all-purpose Flour

1 t. Baking Soda

1/4 t. Salt

1/2 c. soft Butter

3/4 c. Brown Sugar, packed

2 Eggs, beaten

2 1/3 c. mashed, over-ripe Bananas

1 t. Vanilla

Big dash of Cinnamon

Mix together Flour, Baking Soda, Salt, and Cinnamon. Set aside.

Cream together Brown Sugar with softened Butter. Add Eggs & Vanilla to the Brown Sugar and Butter mix. Cream together. Add mashed Bananas.

Add dry mixture to the Banana mixture. No need for a mixer for this recipe.

Spray 1 bread pan with Pam. Pour batter inside and bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool for about ten minutes in pan, then invert on wire rack.

Wrap well in Saran Wrap when cool.
