food safety question..

I want to try a recipe I found on a blog that marinates raw poultry pieces, then uses the marinade over the poultry when baking it at 375F for 35-40 minutes-then broiling for a few minutes.

IIRC you can use the marinade if it is boiled, but is this baking time & temp. good enough to kill e-coli and salmonella?
