Roma, Zote
Comments (4)To be honest, one washing with any new product isn't much of a test. When I switched to Charlie's Soap it took nearly a month for all the soap build-up from the previous brand to wash out (and I never used fabric softener). Roma is illegal in some states due to phosphate content over 0.5%, and Roma has nearly 16-times that. Because of the phosphates, it cleans laundry well when you have hard water. ZOTE reduces the suds in Roma. "Another common use in washing machines is to add a piece of ZOTE to reduce the foam produced by the normal detergent." If you need another use for ZOTE, slice it into 1/2-3/4-inch slices and use it in the shower. I love the citronella smell. -Grainlady...See MorePersil Color - Optical Brightener
Comments (0)I was looking up ingredient lists for some Persil products and noticed this list for the new Persil Sensitive Color version I recently purchased. I thought the color versions did not contain optical brighteners?? Notice for anyone trying to avoid them that this version does appear to contain them as did some other color versions I checked. That seems odd? Also, have to say the one ingredient stood out (MELAMINE-FORMALDEHYDE POLYMER METHYLATED) ... this wouldn't be formaldehyde that we've been warned is not safe is it?! Comments (2)I was thinking, maybe Persil has the science just right, that's why it cleans so well. Why can't USA produce detergent like this? Tide is overrated IMO and I hate it anyway. There is few manufactures for Persil in the world, why not one here in USA? It might be cheaper, the shipping is what is killing the price here....See MoreCheer liquid - rants/raves
Comments (25)According to their email what retailers have is it. It took target almost 18 months to get rid of their persil power pearls though. Wouldn’t be the first time p&g has lied though. I’m gonna email them with my hubbys email and see what kind of response they give me six months later....See Morelivebetter
