I'm not sure I understand the question? Do you have to come up with a riddle for your gift? As though finding something for $10 (or $13.00) isn't hard enough!

Apparently the bride will have to guess what each gift is and pay a forfeit for the one's she gets wrong. As I don't want her to pay a forfeit I need a GOOD riddle/poem

I have no doubt that I and my fellow CF jokers (Wake up Lou! We have work to do.), pathetic as we may be, can handle this one.

First, two questions:

Is the wedding in June (rhymes with spoon and moon)? I hope so because one of the gifts is a SPOON holder.

Is the picture of the spoon holders? Dough scraper not shown, right? Just checking.

I am rhyme/riddle challenged and probably would have written the riddle first and then gone shopping for something!

SUCCESS!!! She got it - well close enough as she didn't know what either was really called. So the guesses were spoon rest which was acceptable by the audience and a scraper. She thought it was another of those credit card sized ones. She's already gotten 2 of the Pampered chef ones LOL. Again her answer was accepted so phew, no forfeits for me.

I'm not too far from Chicago, just about straight across the Lake in Michigan. You missed out on a forum get together just a couple of weeks ago with Linda (doucanoe), Sherry (sheshebop, the poet), Peppi (who lives in Chicago) and me. Oh, and Peppi's Dad, her dog Dylan, Linda's daughter and future SIL and probably others that I missed while I was tipping the wine bottle, LOL.
