In our toughest game of the year, UNI came to the "Thunderdome" also undefeated. Well....now it's just the Bison that are undefeated!

The MAJOR D-1 colleges are in Division 1's FBS (Football Bowl Subdivision), like USC, Oklahoma, Penn-State, etc.

The second tier of D-1, the FCS (Football Championship Subdivision) are the "Mid-major" colleges, like NDSU. According to Wikipedia, 126 Football teams will be in the 2011 FCS system. In the last decade, a decent number of schools have moved up to this D-1 level.

UNI's Panthers WERE #2, and we just beat-'em!!

#1 Georgia-Southern LOST today....sooooooo....your new #1 FCS team is waaaayyyy up north.

A little town called Fargo and its Thunderdome now house #1. I think that's pretty cool!!

Kind of a cool article attached, regarding LOUDNESS! Sound decibel levels between 100 & 108 today. the 108 level was reached during the "Thunderstruck" intro., and the big fireworks go off.....BOOOOOMMMM.....

Fittingly, the dome has a DAMN loud sound-system.
