Oooo, noooo - it's Jell-O

I found out yesterday that we would have seven children ages 3 to 9 from two additional families who would be joining us for Easter dinner at my aunt & uncleÂs house. My cousin told me that they all liked Jell-O jigglers and asked if I could make some. I said that I had molds to make jigglers shaped like Easter eggs and would stop over at the store to get some different flavors and bring them on Sunday.

On the way, I realized that I had donated all my jello molds to our church rummage sale but figured that I could make do with what I had at home.

So far, IÂve got carrots with some peaches inside (made in hollow stemmed margarita glasses), peeps molded in a glass devilled egg dish, butterflies awaiting licorice antennae and pink nonpareils (check the two-tone technique), bunnies and lots of green grass.

I plan to arrange and serve them in a large shallow-sided yellow serving bowl.

I have strawberry jello left. Any ideas for it?

(Sorry about the picture quality. With all the preparations going on, I just stuck them on a plate and snapped.)
