I buy parchment cut to fit a half sheet pan from KA and they come in a roll. A roll lasts me for years because I reuse as long as they are not yucky or torn. I think I last bought them in 2005.

I get the Wilton parchment paper on rolls at either JoAnn Fabrics, Michael's or A.C. Moore when they have coupons for between 55 and 75% off one regular priced item.

All my cookie sheets are the same size so some night when I'm watching TV, I'll cut a bunch to fit that size and store them between two of the cookie sheets to keep them flat. I do the same for loaf pans and square cake pans, since those are where I use most of the parchment paper.

While it used to be a little more difficult to find in the past I see it now all the time in most grocery stores. In rolls and the same section as the waxed paper and aluminum foil.

I still have a supply of Chef's Select precut cookie sheet size; 100 sheets per order. I think I got it from Amazon where I have free shipping; I don't see it offered now.

Considering how pricey it can be from Amazon even, I buy mine from webrestaurant.com. It's full size sheets and there are 1000 (yup thousand) of them for around $32.00. I cut them in half and 1000 lasts me about 3-4 years but I bake a lot.

If you can share with a friend or two this is a great deal as compared to the previous link, and if you cut the sheets in half so that both are aprox. the same size, you're getting 2000 sheets for $47 (including shipping) vs $160 (plus shipping for 10 rolls)

I buy it in the grocery store Publix. Where the foil & other wraps etc are located.

I buy from King Arthur Flour too. Just the 1/2 sheets. For me, it's a real convenience having them cut in advance. They come in a resealable plastic bag package that I keep flat with my cutting boards in a drawer. There are 100 count to a package.

Once, I bought some 1/2 sheets from Amazon in order to save money, but they were too big for my pans and I had to cut them to get them to fit decently. I decided the KAF were worth the price for that little bit of convenience.

Do you have a GFS grocery store? They have the sheets. I think I'll get those next because I hate how the rolls won't unroll. Drives me buggy! Ruthanna, I'll have to sit down and cut it up and put it between some cookie sheets to flatten it. Thanks for the suggestion! Right now I have a huge roll from Sam's Club.

I bought a box of 1,000 sheets (16-3/8 x 24-3/8-inches) from a restaurant supply store. Since I cut them in half to fit my baking sheets, it's probably a lifetime supply, but they come in handy other ways than just lining baking sheets.

In order to keep them flat, I use a wooden pants hanger (one that clamps together) and hang them on the inside of a door of my tall utility cabinet. That's also how I store my Silpats - another wooden pants hanger, but on the same hook, so they remain flat as well.

My husband buys the box of 1000 sheet pan size sheets.He probably buys it from a local restaurant supply store. We keep the box in the utility room along with other paper supplies on shelves under the printer.

Depending on how frugal vs pressed for time I am, I'll fold them in half to fit our half sheet pans or cut them to cover two pans with one sheet. I think it has been about 6 years since we started using them and we are on our second box so it probably took around 4-5 years to use one box.

I don't reuse them - perhaps the parchment paper that people reuse is heavier duty than these sheets? It doesn't seem like these would be good for another use. I don't really have any place to store used sheets.

I'm currently using the roll from Costco. Its 15" x 164'. Unfortunately just a little shy of completely covering my half sheet pans. I either turn it & cut off a couple of inches (or just fold them under) or live with it a little short. I sometimes reuse, sometimes not. I just fold it up (used side in) and stick it in the drawer. The quality isn't up to the level of the expensive stuff I used to use, but for the price its more than adequate. I've since seen the cut sheets and the Cash & Carry for about $35/1000. Think I'll give those a try next time.

I also get mine at Gordon Food Service, it was something like $4 for 100 large sheets. If cut in half they fit a half sheet pan, so I cut them all in half, clip them at the top edge with one of those black binder clips and hang the clip inside my pantry on the wall on a hook. It keeps the paper nice and straight, is easy to find and grab the top sheet off, and it's cheap.

I reuse parchment paper when I bake cookies, I bake a batch, flip the paper over and bake another pan full, but mine seldom lasts more than 2 pans.

Costco for me. I like the giant rolls which I can trim to fit whatever pans I'm using. I reuse the paper until it stops being nonstick or just looks too grungy, and that's several cycles. The price was the best I found by far.

I bought my last and probably final batch at some restaurant supply for about $45 including shipping for 1,000 full sheets. They came in a nice heavy-weight cardboard box which sits under a basket of kitchen stuff under one of the porceline tables against the wall. I keep about ten sheets out on a folded cardboard that 50 sheets came on at one time. I just fold a few in half at a time and run a very sharp knife to cut them in half. They fit my sheet pans perfectly. I also do use mine for other things too. I often use a long strip to fold hamburgers onto to freeze,so they don't stick. Or wrap squares of lasagna before freezing, etc. I generally only reuse them when doing a bunch of cookies. Three to four uses per sheet.

I usually just pick up a roll at whatever grocery store I'm already shopping at, but I just got a new roll at Big Lots... didn't really need it as I have half a roll left, but figured I should get it just to have on hand. I only use it for cookies so I don't go through very much.

I believe you're in error, Trailrunner. Baking Queen's paper isn't cheaper. In fact, her paper is double the cost of the paper from Webstaurant.

A case of 1000 half sheets (12 x 16) from BakingQueen costs $49.75, shipping included.

A case of 1000 full sheets (24 x 16) from Webstaurant costs $31.99 plus $17.77 shipping (to my zip code) for a total of $49.76.

Obviously, I'm comparing only the price. I do not know how the papers compare in quality.

I'm using on a roll of parchment that I got from Amazon 3-4 years ago. Don't recall who the vendor was but the quality of the paper (Chef's Select) is very good. I get several uses out of a piece. That it's on a roll makes it something of a pain to use which is probably why I still have some left! I'd much rather grab a used sheet even if it's getting a bit 'parched' around the edges...than to fight with getting a new one torn off the roll.

Another person who buys it on a roll in the grocery store. It does "reroll" itself, so I put some grease on the cookie sheet to glue the paper down. If I didn't buy it at the grocery store (Super Fresh), I'd probably go to Kitchen Kapers store or if I was desperate, Williams Sonoma, both about ten minutes from me.

I buy the Reynolds at the grocery store. At one time, I figured out what was the cheapest, as I use a lot, and based on square footage, that was it. I also figured in the 1.00 coupon that typically comes on each box. Some of the restaurant supply sets seemed close but ultimately the Reynolds won out usually because of shipping costs.
