Square size input for Raised bed 3'8" width?
Comments (3)I put in 5 rows of corn at 8 inch intervals. While this is pushing the space requirements I slid in beans between the outer two rows of corn (sadly apparently my soil and beans are not working) and then pulled on corn every 6th plant in the 2nd and 4th rows and planned to plant yellow squash once the corn was about 15 to 18 inches. I was late with squash, and corn was about 24 inches tall when it finally got in ground. So far so good. Bed is too wide at just over 5 foot wide, but was what I had when I got here. Hope to split the dirt into two 3 foot wide bed next year. Just need to gather enough cinder blocks to build new walls....See Moreanyone has 8' square pendant light for their island?
Comments (7)I have been following your quest for a light. As I think my island will be about the same size. I'm not there yet in thinking, but, I am looking at 6" pendants, I thought 8 might be too big! KD is going to mock them up for me in some drawings, but we haven't gotten there yet! I am looking at Hubberton Forge lights, they are made in Vermont, we have a dining fixture from them...love it! They have several pendant styles to choose from.....with lots of different finishes and glass styles....take a look, see if anything is appealing! If/when I get info from my KD on sizing I'll share with you!...See MoreUSA options for a 8 person square table that can expand to 10
Comments (0)The width needs to be about 6ft and the length needs to be 6 ft expandable to 8 (9?) ft. We want to seat 8 normally and seat up to 10. How big does it need to be to seat 8 and 10? Our dining room space is 15x11, but is open on two sides so it will fit in the 11 ft dimension This company based in the UK has exactly what I want but would like the easier route of ordering from a US company. I could possibly get one custom made if I cant easily source one. Does anyone know of a US company that makes tables like this? https://www.berrydesign.co.uk/dining-tables/square-dining-tables/ This is an example of one Here is the floor plan, it would go in the dining room (the columns have been removed)...See More8” square floor tile: source for sand or tan tile?
Comments (8)The variation and depth of Seneca tiles would go well in an 1940 bungalow. They have iron spots and variegation in the saturation of color between tiles. This page is for just one of their types of tile. Scroll down to the gallery to see color variation. Go to the "Products" pull-down at the top of the page to see the other lines. These are not nearly as expensive as other hand-made tiles. Mittens Cat used some in her son's bathroom and can tell you more. Here you can see the unglazed quary tiles and how the iron spot and flashed tiles look, too. Their ivory color looks sand to me....See Morebmorepanic
