All the Celestial Seasonings herbal teas are nice, & they're always coming out with new varieties. In the winter I drink hot, herbal tea all day. Ginger tea is my winter afternoon favorite...so warming & soothing! Ginger tea is good for an upset tummy, too!

Also love to look at teapots, cups, all the accoutrements for tea-making. Beautiful!

DH has a cupboard devoted soley to fine loose tea he brought back from China. There is one small (tiny) box that cost many, many $$$ per ounce! It's like gold! (well, maybe not at current prices,lol!) But it is like having a fine bottle of wine you save for a special occasion.

There is a whole world of tea out there! Have fun exploring it.

We're big on iced tea - have it always for dinner. I like the health benefits of green tea but am not crazy over the taste, so I mix it with my regular tea bags for iced tea. We use decaf tea. Hot tea I only like in cold weather and mostly if I'm feeling under the weather. Because of someone here I tried hot tea with a little milk - and I do like that. I don't do herbal teas although I do like peppermint tea.

Love tea. Always have Irish Breakfast in the morning and sometimes green then, too. Will have to try the Irish Dublin Morning! Best I ever had was some one of the students in my DH's Presidential Classroom group brought to him as a gift from his family's tea plantation in Sri Lanka-huge package of loose tea. Amazing.

Love Celestial teas, make them as "refrigerator iced tea"--I put a few bags in a pitcher, add water and pop in the fridge for a couple of hours (used to use a Mr. Iced Tea machine, which is fast, but just another unnecessary small appliance taking up space).

I like Red Zinger and Berry Zinger.

I also love the decaf mint variety -- esp. in the summer.

For hot tea, I prefer black tea best but do think it's worth the effort to use loose tea (usually twinnings) and a tea ball. The flavor is much better than bags or sacs.
I use a single cup, levered tea ball dunker.

but, i love, love, love peppermint tea at night!! (tho i drink it mostly in the cooler/cold months)

I drink coffee in the morning but tea during the rest of the day. For green, I normally like one that has a flavor enhancer such as jasmine or mint. When I have a cold I love mint tea or earl grey with lavender. I like flavored black teas if I am making iced tea and one favorite is ginger peach black. If I am in an herbal mood or do not want caffeeine a favorite is Rooibos Capetown blend. I have to say though, I am not a fan of Darjeeling. A splash of Gran Marnier in tea is excellent.

We tend to only use loose teas which we get from a local coffee shop and I use an infuser like the one linked below. The hinged balls would tend to leak sediment into my tea and I do not like texture.

One tea I don't like is Earl Grey. It tastes like perfume to me.

Taylor's of Harrogate is my all time favorite basic tea - I've been a tea drinker all my life. I don't use milk or sugar and, to me, Taylor's is the best. The gold tea bags are better than the regular. I get them at an Irish store near me.

Hot tea = being sick - because my mom would give me tea when I didn't feel well as a child.

I do like iced tea on occasion. This summer I decided to try icing a tea that I keep around for when I'm sick and LOVE it. I cold brew it. It's Stash brand Chai Green Tea. Oddly, I don't care for green tea and have never liked chai, either, but this combination tastes great to me.

I also like their Ginger Lemon, but that (to me) is truly a 'sick' tea!

Late to the party, but DH and I are big tea drinkers. Like teacats we prefer the black teas (loose). DH drinks it straight and I prefer it with cream and sugar. Our tea of choice is Harney & Sons. Wonderful teas, terrific selection and their tasting room and warehouse are within an hour's driving distance of us....love our beautiful Hudson Valley because we have so much to offer ;o)
