Comments (3)First, tried no-till in order to save work. Compost was not ready by planting time & what I did use harmed or killed the seedlings. Soil had become too acid & plants wouldn't grow until applied lime, late with soil analysis. How would unfinished compost harm plants?...See More3-2-1 Cake Club
Comments (22)Wow, never in my wildest dreams would I have thought you ladies would have loved this recipe so well or I would have posted this recipe ages ago. My sweet sister in law who lives in Washington D.C. fixed this little "cake" for us sisters in laws about 3 or 4 years ago and we loved it. I really thought that it was well known about until I had several of my friends over and we were suppose to have a get together and make something crafty...I am NOT a craft person so I thought of this cake thing that my sister had shown us several years ago so I did this recipe with the ladies of my group. The ladies had so much fun with this recipe, and were ooohing and aaahing...so the next day I gave you the recipe. I was surprised that it was not well known. I have now started using it with my husband and myself more again..as I had gotten burned out and I had not experimented with it like you have done, so I am taking some of your ideas and running with it. I use the large muffin paper cups for mine so I do not have any clean up. Someone had posted that there was spill over if you use the cup cake paper cups, but not if you use the large cupcake paper cups. I am tickled you like them. Thanks....See More? for those who made the 3-2-1 cake
Comments (3)Thanks. Even made the usual way, there is less carbs than a piece of regular cake, because they always get cut bigger than we need! It's much more controlled this way, at least if you have enough will power to not make more because the first one tasted so good! LOL! Tami...See MoreMicrowave mug cakes 1-2-3
Comments (9)The Betty Crocker cake in a mug that I seen at the grocery store reminded me of this. A 4 pack of cake in a mug for 3$...no way. I did it the old way. 1 box of Angel food cake mix, 1 box cake mix your flavor choice I chose deep dark chocolate. ..mix together well and store in a airtight container. Put 3T of the mix into a large mug and stir in 2T water. Microwave 1 min and 15 seconds. Might have to adjust cook time. I'm sure you all remember this. With school out for the summer I figured this will be a good portion control snack for the boys and Tim can fo it himself. Of course they arnt the best cake you will ever eat but not bad for a quickie sweet....See Morematti5
