Can't wait to see some of the projects you've been working on. I've thought about tackling some furniture projects too, but have put them off because I don't have a good work area. My garage is so dirty, and my basement is full of hockey equipment!

As I can now testify to (just recently losing my 3-year-old terrier suddenly), these boards are good for whatever ails you. The support is incredible, the laughs plentiful and the decorating advice incomparable (well--as long as we're not talking bathroom decorating; that seems to throw us off the deep end! LOL!).
Also glad you have turned a corner and seeing the "what can be"!

I, too, have been wondering about you and the kids. I haven't been around much and assumed I had missed some postings, but feared it might be something more serious. I'm sorry to hear of all the hardships, but it's good to know DS is on the mend. Wishing you all the best.

Gosh, trying to think of soemthing to say. I feel a little like Sally Field here.

It's nice to be back among friends. Very nice, also, to find myself in a place where I feel I have something to contribute.

And thank you all for your concerns about my kiddos. They're both doing so much better now. Their dad and I live fairly close together, and we're sharing physical custody, which isn't always the easiest thing to do, but I think it gives the kids the best of both worlds.

Late but I welcome you back too! I remember the feeding questions you had about your DS. Glad to hear you three are on the mend.

Another welcome back! It sounds as if you have weathered some really horrible moments and have come out better off and much happier. That result hopefully mitigates the pain somewhat. Glad that your kids are doing well, too.

Don't get here much myself these days, but it is always nice to be here when possible - feels like a home away from home.

Well, no point in reading about paint & paper, chairs & tables, rugs vs. hardwood, if you aren't working on a house, right? Plus, I think a lot of us have taken a long break at times, even if we didn't refer to it as such on the board, when we've had problems, issues, illnesses, or other bigger things to deal with than choosing a wallpaper pattern.

Nice to see you name around here again. Glad you feel back in the swing of things and glad to have your input again.
