jasdip - the plan is to try to do so by, I think, mid 2015. But the requirements are very stringent. The liquor area has to be completely separate from the grocery area and the store can't be within so many (I can't remember how many) kilometers from an existing liquor store. I think in the Vancouver area only one grocery store qualifies.

Yesterday's question kind of threw me for a loop. There were auto manufacturers that used assembly line processes before Ford and I knew Ransom Olds did. I took the term literally and thought maybe the answer was supposed to identify the person who thought up the process. No worries..... I know the Volkswagen was created in Germany and that Hitler was involved in the design. I'm probably wrong but sticking with my answer.
