Good Morning! Thanks for all the input! Al~ I had to laugh at your post! I was so tired last night that for the life of me, I could not remember buying a Euphorbia.(I'm used to thinking succulents when I see that name) I had to go out and look. LOL! Yes, that is the plant I just got. ;-) And I was thinking of giving it to mom, which means it would be in with petunias and mums and maybe a Lobelia or 2. I wanted to add the zinnias to the back to give it height. I was thinking along the same lines as you Al, but just thought I'd ask. For myself, I wouldn't worry, but I want it to be nice for mom. ;-) It makes sense that as the PWT drops so would the need to separate plants. I totally agree with looking at this with the same "raised eyebrow"! I have basil seeds sprouting in a 10" pot right now! lol.. so that shoots the "overpot" theory all to heck. lol. Now I would have never thought about the dry dormancy. So thank you for that! I'm aware of it where succulents are concerned by never would have thought about it with flowers and such. ;-) ""I should try an experiment where I grow something like one of the Coleus varieties that will tolerate some sun, in the same container with a number of succulents. If I remember, I'll do it this summer - just for grins."" LOL! Your starting to sound like me. And I take tag/growing instructions with a huge grain of salt! Now that we have the internet, I much prefer to look up the growing care! I've grown sweet peppers and eggplant together without a problem. Currently I'm growing some green peppers with sugar snap peas. I plan on adding some sweet peppers and basil to that system as well. they'll all be running at a concentration of approximately 650 ppm. I'm not sure how much the green peppers or basil will like that, but I know the peas and the sweet peppers should be fine. I wouldn't grow tomatoes with them though as they're heavy feeders and take a higher concentration (currently 900(-)ppm)

Hi first its depends how you going to dived the are even that its open area the question is if you going to have a island in the kitchen that will separate between the living room to the kitchen or every thing will be open kind of big loft, I saw houses with three deferent kind of floor some times is good some times is so so, depends how you do the connection between them You donÂt have to go with a high price wood for the kitchen; there is many kind of wood that will be chipper then tile for the kitchen, oak, pine or Bamboo in good quality (not the 99c or $1.30). Hope its help, and like you say its hard to say with out the floor plan. Jacob

We have the same laminate in our entry, hallway, kitchen and family room and are putting slate in our sunken living room (which is adjacent the laminate hall) and carpet in our bedrooms. All the bedrooms will have the same carpet. The two bathrooms have different tile. Having each room with different carpet might be a bit disjointed. How about using different painting or decorating techniques to bring individuality into each boys room? i.e. granite or leather look painted walls or wallpaper. I don't think two different types of wood next to one another will look good. Most times people try to match the wood floors - not use different types. If you really want a different look in one of the rooms that will have a wood floor - you can use an area rug to partially cover up the wood floor that looks better in the other rooms - or choose a wood floor that looks good in all the rooms - something more neutral grain. Just my two cents worth.
