So, I took a cue from Jessica and made this Theme Week.

Monday, 3/14: Pi day. I figured since pi is a Greek letter, I'd head in that direction. A filo pie with a chicken and kasseri cheese filling. It was a good reminder of why I rarely deal with filo! Turned out pretty good though.

Tuesday, 3/15: The interesting thing about this Caesar salad is the dressing. I tried Alton Brown's "no guilt" dressing which has a base of silken tofu. Believe it or not it was really good!

Wednesday, 3/16: My wife saw this and asked, "What the heck is that?" "It's 'A' lasagna," I replied. She rolled her eyes. And rolled them again when I told her the significance. Can anyone guess? It's a stretch. Hint - there's a reason I didn't top it with more cheese, and that reason is not that I ran out.

Thursday, 3/17: I don't love corned beef but I really wanted some. My wife asked that I make her something different. My kids don't eat human food, so that would have meant three different meals for one night and a ton of leftovers. So I went to a local dive bar for lunch instead to get my fix. Apparently their idea of cabbage is cole slaw (not pictured) and the potatoes were in the form of french fries. Nice, huh?

Friday, 3/18: Turns out this little fellow was introduced on this date in history, 1961. Happy Birthday! I've never made pizza from a tube before. It's quick and it's easy, I suppose!
