American Standard system- Is this compatible for my needs

Live in Central CT, looking to replace 18 yr old Lennox pulse system. it is working but bills are high and and effeciency is likely not great.

This is what i am looking at:

(1) American Standard 100,000 BTU, 95% 2- Stage Variable Speed Furnace

Model # AUH2C100A9V4

(1) American Standard, 4 Ton, R410A Cased Evaporator Coil

(1) American Standard 14 SEER Condenser

Model #4A7A4048A1000A

(1) EWC 2-Zone Damper System

(2) Robertshaw Digital, Programmable Thermostats

(1) Trion Air Bear high Efficiency Media Filter

need new dampers as one is stuck open so am replacing both now. also switching from R-22 to 410A.

The house is 2800 sq ft and has a 3rd floor finished attic that works off the zone on 2nd floor. first floor has own zone, 2nd floor with bedrooms and finished attic space share the 2nd zone.

I would like to know any opinions if the 14 SEER A/c unit is good enough to use with the 95% VS furnace i would like. the AC is only used about 4 months here and only really hot around here maybe 2 of those months if that, which is why i am putting more money into the better furnace. Thanks for your help. The quote for all the above is $8800 which also includes putting in new 3" venting from the 2" i currently have.
