Nathan Sawaya.......The Art of the Brick. This guy creates huge sculptures with Lego blocks. Look at the photos in the gallery....amazing.

Love it, Casey. I remember with DS was small, he'd build the neatest things with Legos. It truly amazed me that he could do that at such an early age.

BTW, this recipe is from the Bordeaux region of France. Laura Calder made it yesterday on her show French Cooking at Home. She comes up with some surprisingly simple recipes. I rather enjoy her show, though I'm not sure it's aired in the US.
