I even wake up around that time on the weekends.

I had been waking up at 4AM, But now since I don't have to be at my clinic by 4:45, I get up by 6am. I usually have nowhere to be and I just wake up. It depends on when I go to bed.As long as my body knows I have had 7 to 8 hours of sleep I just wake up.

My wake up time varies. Occasionally, I manage 7 hours of sleep; more often than not 5 hours is what happens. I go to bed the same time every night (as directed), but that doesn't solve the problem.

However, I am now retired and can nap in the afternoons.

I had to get up at 5:30 or 6 when I was working and it was torture. For the last ten years I've gotten up between 7:30 and 8:30, sometimes later. I just love to sleep and I also love staying up till at least midnight. I also get up 3 or 4x a night to go to hte bathroom but never have trouble going back to sleep.

Up at 8 AM; to bed at 1 AM. I seem to do well with 7 hours sleep each night...plus I take a short (less than an hour) nap each day around 4 PM. I love retirement!!

I usually wake up around 6 or before and stay in bed till 7 or so. I wish I could sleep longer. There is no reason for me to get up that early. I feel really tired when I do get up as I am awake several times during the night.

around 4. No matter the day. And, it sucks cuz I don't have to leave for work until 9:15. I don't get much done in the mornings, cuz I know that if I do too much, by the time I get to the middle of the day I'll be exhausted, and that won't do when working with a room full of 10 whiney toddlers until 6:30 pm.

I'm up every day between 5:30 and 6 a.m.

I wake up whenever my dog tells me to, which is usually about 6:30 now. I'm not sure how he'll handle any time change, though. I wish I could sleep later (if he would let me) but my body just doesn't like being in bed for so long. I go to bed about 10:30, read as long as I can, get up for one bathroom trip, back in bed, and usually have to take a sleep aid to get back to sleep.

I do like early mornings, though, and when I worked, if I would wake up about 3 or 4 I would go in to work as I could get so much more done with the phone quiet.

During the week, 5:30 with an alarm. On the weekends? And nothing to do? anywhere from 8:30-11. Most of the time closer to 9 or 9:30 though. If am really tired 11. I tell myself, you don't have to get out of bed, rest if you want. Then I call my kitty in and we go back to sleep. Ah. I would probably stop staying in so long if I slept more during the week (only 7 hours a night if I go right to sleep and stay asleep, not all that often).

Well, my work alarm goes off at 6:15...but often I don't get out of bed until 6:45. I usually get up in time to make the boys lunches before they leave for the bus at 7:10. I leave for work at 8.

Weekends..I very rarely wake up later than 8. I like to get up when I awake and hang out in a quiet house. That doesn't happen any other time of day. Lol..

4:00 a.m. sharp. due to the never-fail cat alarm (ie. cats asking for breakfast: they have a 100% accurate internal clock!) Luckily I am a morning person.

I go to bed between 11 and midnight. I sleep until my body wakes up, unless I need to get up earlier then I set an alarm. I try to never have to do that. So I will get up anywhere from 8-10am~~the later the better.

Let's see---11 pm, then again about 1 am, then 3 am, finally give up about 5 or 6 am. I don't sleep well.

Late morning because I'm up half the night. I get less than seven hours sleep. Hate mornings, love nights.

I have a furry alarm clock that wakens me with doggy kisses at 5:30 a.m.
He needs to go out, and he wants his breakfast. Sometimes I can go back to sleep, but usually not. He is always ready for his first nap of the day right after his breakfast.

I love sleeping. When I worked I was up by 6:45 to get to work by 8:30 (40 minute commute). Now that I am retired I get up anywhere between 7:30 and 10. Very rarely 10! The usual time is 8.

Lately I have been sleeping like a rock. Last night I slept nine hours straight through. I usually have one potty break a night, but not last night. I love waking up and thinking that I can just take my time and roll over and snooze if I want to, especially in cold weather.

My gosh, you all are early birds. What time to you go to bed in order to be up at 4:30?? I go to bed at 10:30 and read until 11:30.

My sleep is interrupted sometime between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. Sometimes I can lie in bed, wide awake, for an hour and then go back to sleep. If I'm still awake an hour later, I get up for an hour or two, then can go back to sleep. I have needed to get up to empty my bladder once a night for probably 20 years, but am not counting that brief interruption. I don't *startle* awake in the night; just wake and can't return to sleep.

I would LIKE to sleep through the night and wake at 7 a.m. I feel best with eight hours of rest.

Like socks, I am up and down all night. Woke up about 12:30 this morning and couldn't go back to sleep until after 5 a.m. Hubby wakes me at 6 for work. I don't sleep all night, but I could sure sleep like a baby when I *have* to get up.

I worked for 40 years and had to get up at 6 a.m. most of those years. Then I started working evenings and could sleep in. Now that I am retired I love not having to get up with an alarm clock. My dog doesn't wake me but one of my cats does. In the winter I see no need to get up early, so I get up around 8:30 or 9. In the summer, it is more like 8.

Depends on what time I get to sleep. I often have a hard time falling asleep, and at those times I'm glad I don't have a job that requires me to get up early.

Tuesday through Friday, my alarm begins going at 5:05. I may get up by 5:30....... Mondays, I'm up by 6:30 because I start a little later on Mondays. And on the weekends I "sleep in" until about 7........

Most nights if I sleep 2 -3 hrs it is a lot & that is not all at once.

We get up around 4:30-5:00 every morning. Hubby is sleeping by 8:00 but I watch tv till 10:00-11:00.

The older I get the less sleep I get. I don't ever take a nap during the day. I am use to this.

Usually between 5-5:30 during the week unless we go to bed really late. I sleep a little later most weekends, but usually not past 7am.

I usually go to bed between 11:30 and midnight. I fall right to sleep and sleep soundly til about 3am. From then on, I sleep fitfully. During the week, I'm up by 6:30am but like to sleep later on weekends.

For those of you waking several times a night if you have never had a sleep study I highly recommend having one.
I had no idea I had sleep apnea until the study and the results were alarming. Although it takes some time to get used to sleeping with the cpap, I at least can sleep without waking every hour or two. I may only wake 1 or 2 times a night now, but go right back to sleep.
