Corned beef in a Dutch oven in the oven?

For scheduling reasons, I am doing all my St Pats Dinner cooking tomorrow. It occurred to me that I might be able to bake the Irish Soda Bread and put the Dutch oven containing the Corned Beef in the oven at the same time. The problem in the temp - the Bread bakes at 350 and I usually slow cook the Corned Beef at 275 or so.... will 350 be way too warm and cause it to boil (and toughen)? IF it will, I will bake the bread and leave the Corned Beef stove top until the bread comes out then move the beef to the already warm oven for the remainder of the cooking time....

Just trying to be a tiny bit more efficient here.
