Know how to use 'Chow Fan' asian noodles?

While shopping in a Thai grocery the other day I picked up a package of fresh noodles. This store carried other asian cooking supplies as well, so I donÂt know what ethnicity these are for. I think I also remember seeing "Chow Fun" (spelled differently) on the menu in chinese restaurants. There is a noodle dish I have had at the chain restaurant Noodles and Company and a pan-asian fusion restaurant I used to go to, that was called "pan-fried noodles". This is what I HOPE these noodles are for, because they do look like the ones used in those places. They are wide, thick, and flat. Ingredients listed on the package are: flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, water, and corn oil.

Anyone know how to use these? Thanks!
