Skin whitening, problem with dark spots

Hello! My name is Meg.

Has anyone heard about cream/medicament for pigmented spots? I need whitening product, because I feel embarrassed in front of my friends and co-workers.

Has anyone tried Lamelat cream?

What type of stops are they. Are they what are called liver spots? If so it is free radical damage to the skin and can be corrected by selenium which will help the body to deal with free radicals by reactivating glutathione. For every spot on the hands you have hundreds in the liver and brain it is a good sign of free radical damage in the body.

I think so. Where I can find medicaments? Could you develop the topic? So I don't have to worry? But I'd like to reduce or even eliminate the spots.

Peaches have several diseases that will show up after a few years. Then, there are a few pests that damage the fruit. Spray wettable sulfur like Kocide 3000 in late fall after leaves are mostly gone and in early spring before trees leaf out can prevent a few bacterial and fungal diseases. If you do have brown rot, look for a product like Monterey Fungi Fighter or Indar. Follow the label. Not all funcicide create equal. Then, read up on insecticide. Those Oriental Fruit Moth, plum curculios, stinkbugs, codling moths will find your fruit sooner than later. look up reputable university extension services like Cornell, Penn State or North Carolina State Extension services. Check their fact sheets on peaches. It is worth reading up and prepare for it.

OMG - having just noticed this condition, I.e. observation, while cleaning and trimming my 12’ ficus, that was also dropping leaves, I have to say, 1) I’m glad I didn’t try to do anything about it, other than knocking off the waxy globs, before I consulted the “internet” meaning, you guys ... 2) my husband and I are laughing our heads off reading this thread - hysterical debate - thanks for the laugh ... 3) sorry Ficus, no way you’ll be pollinating anything anytime soon! ... on a more instructive note, I’ll just say that my ficus has always been very hardy and not very fussy. However, I had moved it to a less sunny spot to accommodate our Christmas Tree. It didn’t seem to care for that location, so it had started dropping some leaves, causing me to search for extraneous clues, and finding the white globs ... I am happy yo report it is now back in its original sunny spot, has been trimmed and had leaves spritzed and cleaned. I’m sure will be a happy camper once again, very soon! let's see - if you have broken blood vessels, laser treatments are the only thing with consistent results. I totally agree with sheila's advice on salicyclic acid - it's a beta-hydroxy acid that's a bit kinder on your skin than the BHA's. it's also the active ingredient in asprin, and a lot of us crunchy-granola types use regular old dollar store, unbuffered asprin as a mask - a few drops of water, and they dissolve into a paste that can be used as a scrub. the over-the-counter shampoo for psoriasis is the strongest concentration of the stuff you can get - stronger than anything short of a medical peel, actually. if your skin is sensitive, I suggest you get your 'fruit acids' from the source - payaya, mango, even strawberries have enough of the enzyme to soften up the dead layer of skin - and I'm taking an educated guess that your pores are literally 'skinned over' and an aestetician would steam you, apply a mild peel, and then 'pop' the cap on each pore with a lancet before extracting the blackhead. steam and mild fruit acids may well be your best bet... the other end of that is that all of this is mildly to moderately irritating, and you will need to calm your skin back down afterwards - cucumber slices are the 'organic' method (use a veggie peeler to get nice, soft, moldable strips) but there are also cleansers and moisturizers especially for sensitive skin out there.

Violet, my post disappeared or I must not have hit send, but I would start with the ins. covered doctor, and go from there. If she is not getting anywhere, then I would do a self-pay consultation with a homeopathic MD. I found one in her area (Dr. Soule) but have no idea how good he is. Anyway, that isn't the starting point, just good to know there are options, if that makes sense. She just shouldn't give up. Duluth, wow-- Addison's Disease. My dear friend, who was really more like a cousin to me, passed away from it. She was 10 and I was 12. It was undiagnosed. She was half Mexican, half Irish. Her mother (Mexican) was very pale . . .as was she. VERY pale. She came home from a trip to Mexico and her skin was unusually dark-- in a tone that I've never seen anyone with. Along with this, she had symptoms like licking pickles, licking the salt off potato chips. Her test scores went down. They put a cot in the classroom for her. Etc., etc. The doctors would NOT believe her mom. They said she was fine. Said she needed her tonsils out (now we are amazed she survived the operation). Said she got dark because she was Mexican. Doctor appointment after doctor appointment, and they turned her away. As her parents were sitting down to discuss what they would say at the doctor's appointment (scheduled for the following day)-- they were not going to leave without answers-- she went into cardiac arrest and passed away. I miss her dearly. Shortly thereafter she passed away, my father had a dentist appointment. Our dear friend's death was weighing heavily on his mind, and told the dentist her symptoms. The dentist immediately diagnosed her with Addison's Disease. We could never figure out how the dentist knew, and these doctors-- for years-- did not. If only we had information back then as we do now. So glad you were diagnosed and are OK.

There is no drug that will help. Life style changes like stop using oils stop frying foods and eating things that have an antioxidant content. Look for things that have a high ORAC score to clean up the free radical damage.

Look at any place that has beauty products. There are dozens of products out there that will bleach pigment, spots or other. Some are fairly gentle and take longer to work than the harsher products that can damage your skin.

Some manufacturers are kind and list the products for "age related skin problems".

Hello Meg,
Your daily diet should include more vegetables and fruits because they contain antioxidants that prevent melanin build up under the skin. Grapefruits, berries, kiwis, papaya etc. are good sources of antioxidants. Whitening cream with SPF (Sunscreen) should be used also to whiten the skin pigmentation.

Meg, you should think about medicaments like Lamelat and changing diet, but at first maybe contact your specialist?

Thanks for so many advices. I'm gonna visit more websites and surely meet my gp and maybe specialist/dermatologist. And of course i have to Look at any place that has beauty products, maybe someone choose me right product. Moreover, my diet is very poor right now. I need to bring in my life new habits... :)

Hi Meg, you can use skin whitening cream to get rid of your dark spots and make your skin more lighter. you may get many skin lightener cream to improve the appearance of discolored skin and pigmented spots. Hi Meg, That's is a good move. You need to change your poor diet into a well balance diet. Fruits and veggies make our skin more supple and healthy, Beauty comes from inside out. Relaxation and meditation are also good for skin. You can use ear candles. I tried this and it really has soothing effect. You can do this with your friend.
