I have. It's awesome - peanut butter consistency but sweet, with cinnamon.

Trader Joe's now carries "Cookie Butter" which is the same thing, but it's very hard to find because it keeps selling out very quickly when they restock it.

DD bought some. We ate it off of spoons. Also tried it on TJ's Ginger Thins. Delicious either way!

We looked for recipes to use it in. I haven't tried any of them yet, but I did find quite a few at the Biscoff site.

I have been warning to try it for awhile now but I just couldn't bring myself to since, unlike peanut butter there doesn't seem to be any nutritional value. Noticed the other day that Walmart is carrying it so I'm sure I will break down soon and buy some. Good to know about the Trader Joes version!

I made the Biscoff White Chocolate Chip Blondies from the above-linked recipe this morning. They were hardly worth the effort. About all I can say for them is that they are sweet.

The "batter" wasn't batter. It was closer to Play-Doh in consistency. I ended up pressing it out in the pan and then pressing the white chocolate chips into the dough. There was no way I could have folded them in, even using a stand mixer.

The Biscoff flavor is hardly noticeable.

OK, I've never heard of this, now I'll have to look for it. No, I probably shouldn't, I'm sure I'd like it and it apparently has no nutritional value.

And TJ's has cookie butter? Is that with the peanut butter and other spreads?

I actually found it in the shelves above the frozen food in TJ's, where the cookies and chocolates are. There's absolutely no nutritional value whatsoever in it! It's great to dip with apples though.

I found it at Safeway in the jam/jelly section, labeled "new item". Gave it to a friend to experiment with, since I can no long get away with baking (or rather, eating what I like to bake....)

Yes, it has no nutritional value. But it tastes SO good! I really like it with slices of apple. It's smooth and creamy like the Jif-type peanut butters. It's also low in sodium. I don't mind eating this occasionally even though I don't enjoy that other creamy spread, Nutella. It's the same flavor as the Biscoff cookies, and I think it could probably be used in any application that Nutella is used for. It seems to be popping up everywhere, so I have no difficulty finding it in stores.
