Itchy all over -Summer time is serious worse

Every summer and sometime spring, when I go outside and I always get itch all over and it drove me crazy. It's like I am allergy to outside during spring and summer! But during Fall and Winter, no itch. Seem that my skin is reacting to heat even right after I got out of shower. Appy the lotion on my skin and I'd still get itch all over. It only happen outside, never inside.

Even worse, I kept getting rush all over my body when my skin react to heat. It may sound like heat rush but I don't think that is it. They keep coming even winter. Only when I get otu of shower or when I feel like really hot, I'd get bad rush all over.

Am I only one that is allergy to heat? That is serious problem, it affect my exercise and my future job. For 3 years and I was not able to do exercise due itchy and rushes. I gain pretty good pounds. My mother don't think doctor can help.

I knew somebody have that knowledge will help me. So can you?

You need to go to an allergist. They test you to see for sure what is bothering you, then treat and slowly get you immune to whatever it is. I have been to one with a female problem, I was allergic to my own body's bacteria.

EmmaR you are right he needs to see an allergist. Also it might be an idea to increase your intake of vitamin A,C and zinc to help out your immune system

Ok, soooo....Ive handled tomato plants for the last 8 years with no problem other than my hands turning green from them...Cilantro I have growing but only seedlings and I havent been lugging them around. I HAVE been touching and doing lots of cutting down of tree limbs that I can get with a pair of pruners and carrying them to put them into a pile. Ive been carrying around fertilizer and miracle grow garden soil bags...You know, now that I think of it they say you should use gardening gloves when touching miracle grow, and me being the "die-hard" gardener that thinks "Gloves?!, I dont need no stinkin' gloves!" and then working barehanded all day long and taking a shower hours later after coming in...Hmmm....I wonder if its the miracle grow.... It bites because now my doctor wants me to take steroids and they make me MORE itchy and act like im on speed. Im really dreading taking them... To make matters even worse is she found a lump in my neck that she wants to "wait a couple weeks to see if it goes away and if it doesnt, I need to get it worked up" So now im worried... The forum has been kind of slow lately. Maybe Lisa's "minor" gripe about more pics will spur folks into posting some. I always go out to her web site looking for new pics. I've always wondered if any of those huge dogs ever use any of your fruit trees to rub up against for a good back scratch?! Macaw...from where did you obtain the book? Barb...I bet there's room for lychees as well, eh?? Anyway...what stared this madness was a question to members in another forum on what got you started in this hobby but got a bit siderailed. I think it's a great way of getting everyone to share some really cool stuff. I'll post another thread to start this off. You've all been a great support group for me. you could have your answer in your first description OLD Dell if it is old you may be very low on RAM memory that will make it increasingly slow, when was the last time you opened up the case and cleaned it out the dust bunnies do affect the way it runs and heat build up is one of the worst things for a pc. Tell us your pc specs including how much RAM you have and how much free HD space you have. you can use this free program by the makers of malwarebytes to see what all is starting up at boot, lets see the list and there may be some things that can be altered. Hi ponderinstuff, I don't have reddened skin, but I sure have problems with dry skin. I had it on HRT, and it's getting much worse as I am weaning off my patch. The inside of my nose is getting incredibly dry too. Also, areas on my thighs above my knees are getting bad too.......so to answer your question.....I'm not sure what your reddened face really means, but I think that if your dry, itchy skin is due to low estrogen, that HRT will help it. I'm afraid that might be over-kill, so to speak, though. Perhaps there is another way to try to moisturize your skin? Maybe one of the vitamins, in particular? Good luck. I feel like I may turn into a prune at any moment! ;)

A rash that occurs only when you are hot, and at all times of the year needs to be looked at. Are you sweating? If you are hot, and not sweating, then you need to get to Dr asap. Also, google pictures of heat rash and see if it looks like yours? I had it one summer and it was miserably itchy.

You are probably experiencing a form of urticaria. I had this too (in the form of exercise urticaria) and it is seriously painful once the itching starts. I also experienced it in the spring and summer months, sometimes in the fall. Getting gluten and dairy out of my diet helped so much to quell the histamine release. It rarely, if ever happens to me anymore. I started to experience it in my late teens (20 years ago) up until the last two years when I eliminated these foods from my diet. There is a video called Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead - the producer had the same condition. It is on Netflix and maybe even youtube. It may be worth the watch for you. Good luck with the doctors because my "causes" were always dry skin, detergents or improper clothes while exercising. Wrong.
