We have had our Sanijet for about 8 years. Operationally, we love it. The jets are perfect in terms of pressure and water movement; the underwater light is super cool. That's what draws the grand-kids, who are that only ones that use it (a couple visits per year) . While we have no leaks, we have had to replace several motors (5 as I remember); they just stop working. And as the other folks said; for a $3,700 tub, you shouldn't have to keep pouring money into it. The argument that we keep having with the tech people is over "why". By now I'm certain that there is a design flaw somewhere in the system; but tech support says we're not using it enough. An extraordinary claim for electric motors, in my experience. Anyway, they tested the control panel and blessed it as being OK; so now we're going to turn it on every couple weeks, for no other purpose that to remove that argument. Hope this works!

This is my story. I have gone thorough the same things, was in so much pain could not walk, sit, lay or even eat, lots of numbness. Did not want to keep taking pain pills and was scheduled for back surgery on the following Monday. I literally crawled out of bed to my desk and in grabbing stuff the phone book fell open at my feet to a page for a local chiropractor(also neurological specialist). I had never been to one in my life but at that point was willing to give it a try, since it seemed to be my sign. I called and the doctor answered(it was closing time), I was in tears and told him my situation. He said can you get here now? I called my husband to come home and take me there (I had to lay in the back of the suv). That was on the Friday afternoon, he saw me evaluated me and looked at my mri and xrays I brought with me. He put the tens machine on my back with heat for 10 mins or so then he put me on the decompression table, he said this will be your miracle. After that he did some work on my back and told me to come back Saturday to do it again and he would meet me back at his clinic after church on Sunday, we wanted to get as much in as possible before my Surgery scheduled on Monday. He told me I would start to feel improvement with in about an hour after the decompression. He was right, I went back each day and by Monday I was up, walking, had very little pain remaining and called to cancel the surgery. We continued a few times a week till I was ok to only go every few weeks. I have continued to go have decompression sessions every few months now and I can tell when it is time for me to go, and I am back pain free, no pain drugs, and did indeed find my miracle. Decompression is truly a miracle. I do not know where I would be today if that phone book had not fallen at my feet. But I sure do thank which ever of my guardian angels sent that to me. I bought my own tens machine so anytime I begin to feel any twinges I sit with my tens on for a while which helps till I go have decompression. I have several other people that I suggested trying decompression to and they have had incredible success also. the science behind decompression is sound, it is very similar to traction. Now there are a lot of physical therapy facilities that use decompression. When I moved here one of the first things I did was find an office near me that had a decompression table. there are many sites that can explain spinal decompression if you google it this is just one. Heres what I am doing I removed my deck , you need a rubber bungie strap ,2 eyebolts with locknuts and washers, now with the dek off of the mower remove the blade break spring, next ensure the blade belt control lever swings freely,now insert one end of the bungie strap into the hole on the blade control lever(where the pto spring goes) now stretching the bungie cord (yes the blade control lever will engage) find a path clear of any moving belts ,pullys ect to the outside of the deck . Now find a flat spot and drill a hole for one of the eyebolts and install the eyebolt,now remove the S hook from the bungie cord and push the bungie cord through the eyebolt(again ensure that you have a clear path nothing will touch the bungie strap when the blades are turning) now find a spot on the foot rest (clear under and on top ) install the other eyebolt. now put the s hook back on the free end of the bungie cord and install the blade brake spring. Now if you hook the bungie cord to the eyebolt on the footrest the blades should activate and when you unhook the bungie cord the blade brake will engage stopping the blades.

Horrible Sofa.. I bought the Sven Leather sofa and the back cusions got flat in 8 months, we put it in front of the TV qnd use it daily. ARTICLE sent me the back cusions replacements, but they leather color is lighter, faded and it seems very stiff (maybe storred incorrectly). I instered couple od dawn pillows in the back cusions which bought me around a year. Now it looks horrible and deformed. Now installing the replacements which would probaby last 8 motnhs as well, then will add the dawn pillows to buy another year. will end up getting 4 years out of this thing!! The side round pillows sagged after a year, they sell them for $180! My 12 years old Ikea leather sofa which I moved to the basement has 0 sag what sp ever! Very comfortable, no sag what so ever, the leather peeled off little at some placese, corners but thats about it (after 12 years). Do yourself a favor and buy from Ikea, they have some high end leather sofas, prices are close to Article and quality is much better!
