Wouldn't that be a great workout video for winter time (down time for gardeners)? Somehow simulating all the moves we do a hundred times a day throughout the growing season. Fall comes and BAM! down I sit, and that's it til spring (usually 10 or so pounds heavier). I always find that this time of year is the worst - but by the end of the summer, I feel much better, almost no pains at all. I am 50. This year - my 6th winter sowing was almost a non-starter. I just didn't feel motivated - kind of depressed actually - aches and pains. But, somehow I forced myself to do around 30 containers (previous years it was in the 100's) - maybe I'll do a few more while the nights are still frosty up here. But let me tell you, when I saw my first sprout 2 weeks ago, I got that same old thrill - it's still there :)

The docs installed is a device catch my heart acting badly is a heart tracker like halter monitor. Under my chest muscles on top of my heart. I can cause it record what just happened.. iam write with excitment because your stories are all so familiar. These stories for me begin after mitral valve repair. 7 years ago. Basic problem ..unless the doc sees the heart behaving badly they deny the problem. All this time we never could catch it Last doc said bluntly if we dont see it didnt happen. You must to er Well recent at 230 am it woke me up, just as you have described. I went directly to the er They caught the serious thing! Arrithemia and more then two days in icu. Now meds have slowed my heart from 70 to 52 while docs decide what to do. Last night I realized I was having an adreilin rush. The same rush I went to a neurologist for help. Over a year and half. Often it also affect my skin. Goose bumps crawling feeling all day long! Well have I got news for him.I was not crazy about that either. my gp I visited last month just to say. I know you don't know what is wrong but I still got it. Knows too I sat in neros office two months ago ,,,same thing. I said dr i just want you know ME when I end up in er..and i need you. well it was er straight to icu. Home now with electrical issues. Last last night meds have my average at 52 bpm.it woke me. 2 3 am. I use my tricks to get back to sleep.as soon as felt sleep coming on the stomach feeling spread. It woke me up heart pounding.sweat .out of breath!!! Happened several times . then checked average heart rate on my Garmin. 48. Average 48 so i was probably lower. Maybe 45! My natural pace maker kicked in every time sleep lowered bpm and I was short on air. Natural pace maker? Adrenaline can't wait to see what was recorded on my device Thank you body! Now I think i know what as going on for long time hidden from doc view. Electric shock adrenaline style

My daughter thought it was amusing that I guessed Norfolk, since I've never been there and neither has she. The location turned out to be the Intrepid museum at Pier 86, New York Harbor. She was surprised that NYC turned out to be so bicycle-friendly. They did 40 miles in the city. I love her bike adventures!

Grannymarie, your plant looks happier now. About watering....I use skinny wooden skewers on any plant that is in part soil, to see if the soil is still wet. You can't tell by looking. Just stick that skewer in, let it sit for a minute and pull it out. If it's warm and soil is "sticking" to it or it seems damp, don't water. When it comes out cool and dry (and has been at the bottom of the pot), water. I let my Sans get completely dry between waterings, and I have killed more than I want to admit by not doing so. In general: 1) Most of my Sans are in relatively large PLASTIC pots, from 6" to 12"; 2) they are outside all the time, in SW Florida which from June through Sept. is high 80s / low 90s and HUMID; 3) they are in bright light all the time; 4) Most have pea gravel top-dressing, which helps retain moisture in the pot, I think. I generally water at the earliest every 10 days, but more often it is 14-16 days from watering to watering. Again, use that skewer. And again, I cannot recommend highly enough Stush's practice of using an alfalfa/potassium mix. (Just search for Stush/alfalfa/potassium up top and you will find it.) It has stimulated both root and leaf growth beautifully. (Thanks, Stush!) I have a large, variegated Sans Masoniana that had 4 leaves when I bought it and after using Stush's vitamin mix, it has grown 2 additional leaves, both large and healthy, though not as variegated. I love it. I am going to experiment with it on a couple of other plants in a C/S soil/perlite mix and see what happens. Good luck with your cute Sans.
