Well, I'm still searching. With our living situation I can't spend much and so far the simpler chairs, the classier, or should I say "classic" chairs like the one posted by Suero in the post above.....I might as well turn over my first-born son as partial payment. *where is the EEK icon when ya need one?* So I went back to my original idea.....simple wood chairs with a bit of iron decor/accent on the back. I have found several, under $150 each....I need four chairs. Of course the chairs I love on CraigsList, I emailed the owner and they won't sell the chairs individually or without the table. *sigh* But again, I'm second-guessing myself *so what else is new?*. I want the table to be the focus, not too much ornamentation on the chairs. I pulled all the packed boxes off the table and got it out of the sunroom and into the dining room. Please excuse all the dust! I unrolled the area rug that was stored with the table and the dust and furballs that flew out.....amazing what collects while something is stored in a corner, isn't it? The front bathroom is on the other side of that wall and we had a biggy flood so the baseboards and touch-up painting will have to be completed. I blurred the mirror on the wall, the mirror in the little curio cabinet and the round glass piece on the table because my reflection was in all three! One reflection of me is bad enough but three? ...again, where's that EEK icon? So, my question I'd like opinions for, before I have raw fingers from searching the web: how much ornamentation/iron/metal decor on the back of the wood chairs is too much? Here's the table.....the copper leaf around the apron of the table and the little feet of the table is showing much brighter with the flash of the camera. Here are some chairs I found that I can actually afford but not sure how much accent is too much, KWIM? Thank you for any and all opinions! We don't gamble much at all when we go to Vegas, mostly sight see and EAT. The buffets are so good. There are the fish tanks at El Mirage and the volcano eruption at night, the pirate show at Treasure Island, the Rio carnivale parade, the Freemont light show, shopping at Caesar's Palace with a little show there, live entertainment and dancing at NYNY....all free. Nominal cost things to do: Roller coaster at NYNY and Stratosphere, Circus Circus has carnival games and shows, tasting Cokes from around the world at the coke shop, take a gondola ride at the Parisian. Just looking at all the casinos is fun, bring a camera and some walking shoes that's for sure. Where to stay, I've only stayed at the Luxor and Excalibur, both were about $59 a night I think. If you stay during the week, most places are cheaper.

A pre-welcome to my city! While you are at the Bellagio, don't pass up the Conservatory inside the hotel. It changes continually and is great for photos. Madame Tussauds at the Venetian is always fun. If you get a car, take a drive out to Red Rock Canyon. There is a scenic loop out there too. I understand the Show in the Sky at the Rio is back up and running and it is free. Bring clothes to stay cool in and shoes that are good for walking in, if you intend to walk the Strip. Have fun while you are here. If I think of something more...I'll be back.

I'm not a gambler, but there are an absurd number of attractions that are designed to draw people into different casinos. The volcano at the Mirage, the Bellagio fountains, gondola rides at the Venetian, roller coaster, galleries, aquariums, etc. It's endless.
