Are you watering it lightly 3x per day? That is what you're supposed to do. Just keep the sod moist all the way through so the roots touching the soil don't dry out. If you did not roll the sod down, go out now and walk over every square inch of it. You need to have good contact with the underlying soil. Bermuda has very few problems that would cause a permanent issue for you. While you're waiting for the grass to green up, find the Bermuda Bible online and memorize it.

Shhhh...Just between me and you, k? The legs are brown resin with a screw hole drilled in the bottom. Son bought me the correct double-ended screws and it was like magic. Screw one end of double-ended into leg, the other end into bottom of vanity. Another shhhh, K? Searched for almost a year and couldn't find a 24" vanity that didn't take up too much depth space and with a usable drawer. Vanity is a re-purposed microwave cart. Didn't want to lose the utility drawer at the top (with sink hanging inside vanity) so had son reconfigure drawer and glides and put it at the bottom. (gotta have a place for that almighty make-up, doncha know *grin*) Hey, I kept telling everyone I was on a strict budget, now maybe they'll believe me. lol And you are so right, in the grand scheme of things, the quappy work the previous owners did to create a master bath, leaving us with the mess, is a small obsticle when I start to think of the bigger things that could go wrong in other areas of our life. I too have lots of slugs and snails, but I would never kill them. I feel they have a purpose in this world the same as every helpful creature we know of, in fact there is one plant that is only 'pollonized' by a slug. I have a pond and so I am sure that the frogs have lovely suppers.(In fact the slugs and snails are now only found in my front garden and not in the back where the pond is) I don't put pellets down as I want my birds to be safe. Something I have found out is that they love apples. I had noticed that my apples I had put out for the blackbirds had been eaten in a wonderful round hole very neat and tidy which I hadn't expected knowing how they just peck at them. Then one night I went down the garden and came across two snails inside an apple eating it into the neat circular shape I had seen previously. My idea to keep your plants safe would be to put out a few pieces of apple round the base of the plants and see if they ate them instead. It's worth a try at least and I would rather they ate themselves to death than you killed them. Alison

You have several options. The first two that come to mind is #1,tell contractor he will go to hell for lying same as stealing then allow him to do the right thing #2 hire two cowboys to beat contractor profusely on,around and about the head and shoulders until his story changes,or do it yourself if capable. I don't believe for one minute Moen told him any such non-sense as he's telling you. I hope you haven't paid him yet.
