I messed up! Didn't like it at all.

I have been experimenting and thought I would like the roasted vegetables. The cookbook said 450 degree oven. That seemed a little high, but I prepared my vegetables. The asparagus was good; the zucchini was not done and I didn't like the cauliflower at all. It said for 30 minutes. I'm going to have to partially prepare these in the microwave or something because it was a disaster=all but the asparagus. Maybe some of you can give me some better hints. I still think that is too hot of an oven, but maybe next time--- Thanks Barb
