A Few Questions about Prefinished Brazilian Teak

Hello. I am strongly considering installing prefinished Brazilian Teak in my home (also considering site finished white oak). I have read the various posts about Brazilian Teak and have a few questions...

With it being so hard and "oily" is it going to be really hard to refinish or screen and recoat in a few years?

Is anyone who has it having a lot of stability or cupping issues (I read about it not being dried properly)? I know I will have to acclimate it properly, but I'm just wondering.

I am currently looking at the Mohawk BT. Anyone have it? I have looked at several others as well. The Mohawk is 4" wide, which I like. It also seems to have slightly less variation in it (I got a box). It does seem to be a little darker than I expected.

Thanks - if you haven't already posted pictures of your BT floor, could you post some please! Gardenchick1, yours are gorgeous! How are they holding up to scratches etc.? Thanks!
