Frying pork chops.

This might sound easy to a lot of people but it is an art in my opinion!

First off, I really don't care for the center cut pork chops unless they have been treated like a piece of chicken fried steak! They are just so dry, I don't care much for them!

However, I really like blade chops and think they are awesome when fried correctly!

Unfortunately my success has been rather "Nil"!

Sometimes they are sorta OK but mostly I seem to just ruin them!

I would really appreciate a simple recipe , crumbs,flour, whatever!

I think my problem is more of a technique than seasoning!

I cook in a cast iron frying pan.

Step by step would really be great if you have the time.

Please, no copied Internet recipes, thats why I am here!
