We bought two reclining sofas from the Latitude's Collection from a local retailer on June 18th 2013. I assured by the retailer that Flexsteel furniture was the best and everything had a great warranty. I have all these paperwork, including the warranty tags that were attached. The two sofas were delivered by the end of that month, but we didn't get to use them much, because we were gone most of the summer. Within a few weeks of use, the leather color wore off in spots (now worn off on some of the seams) and I contacted the retailer who gave me a color pen to touch up the leather. It is now May 2014 and the cushions sag and it is impossible to be comfortable while sitting on them. Because it is less than a year, I tried to contact the retailer, but the owner retired and closed the store. (Countryside Furniture) I called Flexsteel who told me I must go through another retailer that sells Flexsteel . They recommended several within 50 miles, including an upholsterer. I contacted a few and finally my call was returned by one who came, offered sympathy and took pictures. They told me they would contact Flexsteel and have them returned and repaired. Sounds good, right? Well today the retailer called and said Flexsteel turned downed the request ...that the couches mahim, my have been transferred to the original retailer from another store and therefore there was no warranty. Since the original retailer is out of business, I cant ask him. What can I do with the couches? I was advised I could try to sell them at a yard sale. Needless to say, I would advise against buying this collection. As for me, I will never again buy anything from Flexsteel. I believe in ethics. My husband and I are retired and cannot make an investment like this again.

@Runnermom - do you still like your Aiden Swivel chairs? My SO has been trying to get me to order the Irving Roll arm leather chair w nailheads for about a year - for the hearth area in my kitchen. I hadn’t ever bought anything from Pottery Barn before - until about a month ago when I ordered one of their toddler Anywhere Chairs that can be embroidered with the child’s name across the back. That purchase was great - but it was about $140 kid’s chair! My SO is purchasing the chairs - he doesn’t like my rattan furniture (with leather cushions) love seat/chair/ottoman that i currently have in that spot. I don’t use that area really - but he likes watching sports there when my daughter and I are watching something else in the family room (I just cannot get into watching golf on TV - and while I like watching ”my” sports teams play football/basketball - I dont like watching random teams). He brought them up again this past weekend because it was finally cold enough to use the fireplace - he wound up bringing my leather wingback chair/ottoman out of my study and putting it in front of the fireplace. I’ve been selecting bacsically everything we’ve bought so far, so I decided to look at the dimensions to make sure that they’d work in the space. While I liked the width/depth - was surprised about the overall height - seemed short (obviously, much shorter than my windgback chair - which I’ve had for almost 20 years - and still looks great and is super comfy). I am pretty sure that he looked at them in the store - but I dont know how long he sat in them. . . Anyway - he likes the ”look” of PB stuff - so, I thought that maybe I could get him to switch to another PB chair - and I like yours. Thanks!

Did you end up purchasing this couch? We've also looked at it but were nervous about splurging on it without reviews!

Buyer beware: Within weeks of purchasing two dark brown sofas I noticed sagging and significant wrinkling in the leather and discomfort with sitting. The same sofas advertised in the store (here in the light brown) that had numerous people sit/test it out showed none of this wear. The Natuzzi technician assessed the sofas at my house and advised me there was a manufacturing defect in the cushions used. After repeated communications Natuzzi declined my claim. As per Natuzzi “we do recommend that you "make" the furniture after use (much like you would make your bed)..This involves running your hand over the leather casings to smooth out any wrinkles and tuck them in at the sides, and plumping up the cushions where possible to help them retain their shape and fullness. I've attached some instructions showing how to do that.” This advice was for new leather sofas that had only been used for weeks. Obviously the company is well aware of their substandard product. In addition, I noted that my review of this product on the HBC site was not posted- seems the Bay ( where I bought this product) is still waiting for it’s first review weeks later despite the email confirmation that my review was received.
