Using Ditra for laundry room floor to reduce vibration

I am in the process of redoing my laundry room which is on a main floor with wood floor joists and plywood subfloor. All this talk about vibrating front loaders has me wondering how to plan this right with regards to the floor. If I go with porcelain tiles, will the Ditra underlay help with lessening possible vibrations? If it is used to allow less cracking of the tiles and grout this seems to imply that the tiles will not be as stable to minimize the high spin shaking, or am I wrong?

I also had a flood in my laundry room a year ago and don't want that to ever happen again. If I go with a high quality linoleum floor over the subfloor instead of tiles, I assume that I wouldn't be addressing any vibration issues. My current 16 year old top loader shakes and moves around a bit and when I'm standing in the room, there seems to be a lot of flex in the current floor which is vinyl. Any advice will be helpful, thanks.
