egg whites

I have 8 egg whites left over from a custard I made yesterday and was planning on using them in a cheese souffle for this evenings meal. Upon looking at my recipe I see that I will need the yolks too.

Other than meringue cookies or meringue topping (I have enough dessert things...say what!), what else might I use these for? And how long will these last in the frig?
