Week 14 Health Check-in

No pounds lost last week but I had a couple weeks of good weight loss so I guess it's to be expected.

My knee is getting better everyday - was able to sit in a loose cross legged position today.

My cycling issue is pretty much resolved. I got a seat cover and re-positioned my bike (thanks Trailrunner!) and now I feel I can go all day. Burned 1000 calories in cycling and abs/back class this morning and will go to another cycling class this afternoon. My calves have become quite the specimens thanks to cycling!

I indulged on Sunday, had some ham, potatoes and strawberry shortcake which I made very low calorie/fat so I didn't go crazy.

I see participation has fallen on these health check-in threads. Come on, ya'll, it's still early in the year - time for a second wind!!
